In the UK, Lend Lease manages four assets: Bluewater in Kent, Overgate in Dundee, Touchwood in Solihull and Golden Square in Warrington. In 2004, more than 70 million customers visited these centres, spending almost £1.2 billion.

Flex-e-vouchers launched their Gift Voucher scheme at Bluewater, Touchwood and Overgate in early November 2003.  Gift cheques are available at the Concierge Desks in each of the centres.

In terms of sales, the Gift Voucher scheme at Bluewater is the largest in the UK, with four points of sale in the centre. Vouchers are available in denominations of £10 and £25, and payment can be made by cash and all major credit cards. Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for goods and/or services in any of the participating stores at Bluewater.
